Sisters of the Child Jesus, Kasama
The Sisters of the Childhood Jesus maintains primary and secondary schools across Zambia. Their headquarters is located in Kasama, Zambia. Their goal is to open a university for their primary and secondary students. After the enactment of a new law that mandates all civil servants must complete high school education, the Sisters of the Childhood Jesus have been on a mission to provide adults in Zambia with the ability to not only graduate high school but catch up on any education that they may have missed.
Recognizing this need, we’ve worked with the Sisters of the Childhood Jesus to ensure their adult students were ready for their national exams. After installing 30 computers, a Television, and tablets into the Kasama Head Office, we worked with the Sisters of the Childhood Jesus to support the learning of their adult students.
Through an easy to use interface, the students are able to create notes, read books, and watch educational videos from a library of over 11, 000 resources ranging from a variety of subjects such as Math and English to prepare for the national exams. We’re proud to partner with the Sisters of the Childhood Jesus on their mission to improve the adult graduation rate.
